Unfortunately, XhaleSwim DOES NOT offer refunds. XhaleSwim will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged, smoke free merchandise within 3 days after date of delivery for a different size. A determination will be made to issue an exchange within 24 to 48 hours. The customer is also responsible for all shipping cost to facilitate the exchange.
XhaleSwim reserves the right to not accept merchandise that clearly shows damage or discoloration and is clearly NOT in excellent condition. Therefore, it is extremely important that our merchandise is fitted with underwear.
Additionally, once a custom order has been processed by XhaleSwim it can not be modified or cancelled.
If you received an incorrect item, contact us at email@example.com. A photo of the incorrect item must be included in the email with your name, a detailed description and the order number.
We ship priority mail through the United States Postal Service with a tracking number to confirm delivery. If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you.
