XhaleSwim proudly offers USPS Priority shipping of all orders with no minimum purchase. All XhaleSwim orders are typically processed within in 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after orders are received. Additionally, XhaleSwim provides each customer with a USPS Priority tracking number via email upon shipment.
All XhaleSwim MUST include an email address and telephone number to facilitate any communication with our customers.
If billing address differs from shipping address, a signature is required for delivery of order (no exceptions).
XhaleSwim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your XhaleSwim package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
If an order is non-deliverable because of customer error – customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost and original shipping cost.
International shipping is available and rates will be calculated through the United States Postal Service.
