NO REFUNDS – EXCHANGE ONLY
XhaleSwim does not offer refunds. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and eligible only for exchange under the conditions outlined below.
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and smoke-free merchandise within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify:
- Items must be in original condition
- All tags and hygienic liners must be intact
- Items must be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
- Swimwear must be tried on with underwear
XhaleSwim reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these requirements.
EXCHANGE PROCESS & RETURN REQUIREMENT
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at xhaleswim@gmail.com and include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Exchange request details
The original item must be returned before any exchange is processed.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method
- XhaleSwim is not responsible for returns lost in transit
Once the item is received and inspected, a determination will be made within 24–48 hours.
FAILURE TO RETURN ITEM
If the original item is not returned:
- The exchange will be denied
- No replacement will be issued
Customers who retain merchandise while requesting an exchange or filing a dispute may be considered in violation of this policy.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:
- A clear photo of the item
- Order number
- Description of the issue
Approved claims will be resolved with an exchange only.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders are final. Once processed, they cannot be modified, canceled, or exchanged.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking confirmation. Once an order is marked as delivered, it is considered fulfilled.
XhaleSwim is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
By completing your purchase, you agree to contact XhaleSwim directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback.
Filing a chargeback or dispute without returning the merchandise or attempting resolution may be considered abuse of the chargeback process.
XhaleSwim reserves the right to:
- Provide all order, delivery, and policy evidence to the payment processor and issuing bank
- Deny future purchases
- Pursue recovery of merchandise or funds where applicable
